Online Quiz - where do I find it?

The quizzes are always located on Canvas, on the left there is a page called "Quizzes." All the quizzes in SCOM 123 will be administered there.

Online Quizzes - How does it work?
​
The online quizzes will deploy at 8am of the day posted on your schedule. It will be available for 24 hours, but once you click to open it you will have one hour to take the quiz as many times as you like until the hour is up.

Attendance - How many absences do I get without penalty?
You have 3 built in absences which you must keep trackof yourself. These are for your personal emergencies or family business.

How do I get an absence excused?

You will need written documentation that you were either ill, or on University business. University Health Center will not give you a "doctor's note" but they will give you a slip that verifies you have had an appointment. I will accept the appointment verification.

How do I find the teacher?
​
I have regular office hours in Harrison 2269, and I am available by email, or phone. Email or text will be your best method of contact in the evening or weekends.
